Goji berries are a delicious addition to your smoothie. Thanks to the super boost of nutrients and protein they provide, you can't forgive to add them to your smoothie. They are ideal to make meal-replacement, protein-rich smoothies that will fuel your body for hours.

To make this recipe, use Vento Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 110 gr Water
  • 20 gr Goji berries
  • 400 gr peeled, cored and chopped Apple
  • 110 gr green Celery
Preparation for 4 persons step

The ingredients needed for this recipe are:
400 g (14.1 oz) peeled, cored and chopped Apple
110 g (3.9 oz) green Celery
20 g (0.7 oz) Goji berries
110 g (3.9 oz) water
Place the Goji berries in the Vento jar.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Pulse the ingredients: push on the knob and keep pushed for 6 seconds (Vento is pulsing at speed 60 - 15000 Rounds Per Minute).
Repeat the pulse function: push on the knob and keep pushed for 4 seconds.

Put the 110 g (3.9 oz) of green celery into the Vento jar.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 10 seconds at speed 20 (5400 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Add the 400 g (14.1 oz) of apple and the water to the Vento jar.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 45 seconds at speed 30 (9000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.
