Almond milk can be used instead of cow's milk and during summer it is perfect to be enjoyed cold; it is very rich in minerals, especially calcium and iron and it is exquisite.
To make your almonds milk more sweet, as well as more full-bodied, you can add two dates while blending. A dried apricot, or two or three slices of banana are good as well. Instead, if you want to use almond milk for savory preparations, you can add a pinch of whole salt.
To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.
