Almonds butter is really easy to prepare and it is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, vitamin B2 and minerals such as manganese, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus. Preparing the almond butter is absolutely easy and quick: we will only need a powerful blender and enjoy!
You can top the butter with little sugar, honey or maple syrup. Try this butter on baked apples, adding it to them during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
If you put a bit of salt at the end of the preparation, try adding the almond butter on a fillet of sea-bass in a potato crust, before they finish cooking.
If you want a variant with hazelnuts, follow the same procedure, substituting a third of the almonds with hazelnuts.
