THE ITALIAN TEAM FOR THE BOCUSE D'OR 2025 FINALS HAS BEEN PRESENTED TO THE PRESS
The Italian Team, which will compete in the Bocuse d'Or world final in Lyon, France next January, was officially presented at a press conference held in the Sala Mengoni of Ristorante Cracco in Milan.
Our team secured the right to participate in this prestigious event, organized at Sirha 2025, last March during the European selection in Trondheim, Norway, with a brilliant and historic result, placing 7th out of 20 nations. Since then, with even more demanding and frequent training sessions, the real challenge to reach the podium has begun.
"It would be unthinkable to do our job and take on such prestigious challenges without the valuable and fundamental support of our partner companies," stated FIC Promotion president Carlo Bresciani. "I say this both as a FIC executive and as a restaurant entrepreneur. Competitions like the Bocuse d'Or are the training ground where we can train and strengthen collaborations and strategic partnerships with our companies, who are increasingly close to and sensitive to the world of Italian cuisine."
