The tomato soup is a classic recipe of international cuisine, little known in Italy, but very tasty and easy to prepare. Try it for a light dinner!

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 6 persons
  • 300 ml di brodo vegetale saporito
  • 200 g di pomodoro ramato già lavato e tagliato a metà
  • 150 g di patate pelate e tagliate
  • mezzo spicchio di aglio rosolato precedentemente

  • 300 gr Vegetable broth
  • 200 gr Tomatoes
  • 150 gr Potatoes
  • 50 gr Onion
  • 5 gr Garlic
  • 1 gr Paprika
  • 1 gr Salt
  • 1 gr Pepper
  • 2 gr Brown sugar
  • 8 nr Shrimp
Preparation for 6 persons step

Put the ingredients into the Vento jar:
Potatoes: 150 gr (5,25 Oz)
Onion: 50 gr (1,75 Oz)
Brown sugar: 2 gr (0,07 Oz)
Salt: 1 gr (0,035 Oz)
Tomatoes: 200 gr (7 Oz)
Garlic: 5 gr (0,175 Oz)
Pepper: 1 gr (0,035 Oz)
Vegetable broth: 300 gr (1,2 cups / 10,5 Oz)
Paprika: 1 gr (0,035 Oz)
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 20 seconds at speed 14 (3000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Remove the measuring filler cup from the lid and insert the stirrer stick through the hole. Mix the soup.

While Vento is blending put the shrimp tails in a pan and cook them for 2 or 3 minutes.
Shrimp: 8 nr
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 8 minutes at speed 60 (15000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Your tomato soup is ready to eat! Garnish with the shrimp tails and enjoy!
